Creation takes 2-3 weeks for each item! When item is finished it will take 3-5 days for shipping. In the mean time, you will receive a shipping notice with a tracking number attached!
Shipping in the United States is $6 flat rate shipping per order
PICKING UP/MEETING
Pickup is only available in Stanton or Mount Pleasant.
If you choose the pickup method and do not pick up your product(s) within two weeks of completion, you WILL NOT receive a refund!!
You will be given a 2 day notice before the products go back into my stock to send the shipping cost otherwise you will have to order again with a 25% discount code that I will send you directly if you choose to do so.

If returning due to wrong size you, as the customer, will have to pay for the shipping to send it back. When I receive the item I will send the refund in whatever form is agreed upon through email.

If there was something wrong with the item when received that was my fault, as the creator, you will be reimbursed for the shipping to send it back as well as the flawed item. There has to be proof that the item flaw was the creators fault before the item has been worn. For instance, if the washing/wearing directions are not followed the vinyl WILL PEEL on vinyl items and the stitching WILL UNRAVEL on embroidered items which would not be the creators fault.

Wearing the garment tight fitting will cause the vinyl to peel.
If care directions are followed all items should have a long life ahead of them!
